The West Virginia Housing Institute is comprised of hundreds of retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, lenders, community owners, and contractors to the factory-built housing industry with the common vision to maximize affordable homeownership in West Virginia.

The office of West Virginia Housing Institute, Inc. is located at 1579 Washington St E in Charleston, West Virginia just a few blocks west of the Capitol.   After extensive renovations it became the permanent location of the Association in 2016 and the building was dedicated to our past  President, Kevin Wilfong at our grand opening in December 2016.
